The following items have been corrected:
-->All handwashing stations are free of items and accessible
-->The sink beside the grill is now the designated handsink, instead of the sink by the wall. Stainless steel table that was told to be removed can now stay at the location. It is now pushed closer to the office table, making it easier to grab paper towel.
-->Foods are stored in food grade containers and off the floor
-->The old hot holding unit is now used for bottled beverage only; all cold hold perishable items are now in the single prep cooler
