Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher has no final sanitizing rinse. Dishwasher was set up for day and run 4 times and 0 ppm chlorine detected after final rinse. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer bottle was changed and system primed and machine was run twice. Chlorine sanitizer 50ppm was detected after final rinse. Check chlorine sanitizer level for dishwasher daily. Repeat violations can result in a ticket and/or Correction Order.

Coolers - walk in, 2 door, 1 door cooler - are all at 4 C/40F or colder. Check daily and keep records.
Walk in cooler - plastic curtain installed - good.
Cool hot foods quickly in small volumes.
FoodSafe - ok. Take refresher course prior to expiry.
Handwashing - liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Chlorine bleach available - use for sanitizing all counters and food contact surfaces (use 1 tsp of domestic bleach per litre of water to make a fresh solution daily).
