Left wall display cooler 1-4 C (Product only displayed as one single layer on each shelf, unless air flow can be improved do not stock additional layers of product)
Right wall display cooler 2 - 8 C, (No cut / peeled produce displayed in cooler requiring 4 C storage for food safety)
Small island cooler 2 - 7 C, (Unless air can be improved to maintain all foods at 4 C, do not stock with peeled / cut produce, mushrooms or bean sprouts) |
