Cedar Park Church is used for members of their own congregation. No food prep/service is being provided to the community.

- Temperature Control: Fridge temperature is to be maintained at or below 4 C. Monitor and adjust as required.
*Temperature gauge is to be kept securely fastened, inside all refrigeration units, for monitoring. Replace asap!
- Manual Dishwashing: 4 Step Method - Sign provided. Chlorine Bleach noted on site.
- Mechanical Dishwasher: (High Temp) 73.1 C.
- Sanitary Facilities: Acceptable.
- Pest Control: Monitoring is required to be conducted.
- Sanitation: Facility is to be kept clean and organized at all times!
