3 compartment sink available for use. Liquid soap and paper towels provided.
Dishwasher registered 76 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Domestic coolers at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer sections at or below -18 degrees C.
Freezers at or below -18 degrees C.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers and freezers.
