Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - Coolers at 4 C or below. One cooler is turned off and used as storage for utensils - no objections. - Hot holding units at 60 C or above. - QUAT sanitizer from sink dispenser and spray bottles achieve 200-400 ppm. Multiple dishwashing sinks and spray bottles available. - Deli slicers are sanitized frequently. No concerns noted. - Temperature logs available. - No signs of pest activity **Accumulation of debris/dust noted in spaces between equipment. Add these areas to cleaning schedule. Recommend sealing off gaps that are hard to reach to prevent dust/debris accumulation.
