Paper based inspection Report #259465: *Hand wash sink easily accessible and equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. *Sanitizer (quats) available at 200 ppm (test strips available). *High temp dishwasher reached 71 deg C at plate surface. *Temperature: - walk-in cooler and other coolers at 1-3 deg C - walk-in freezer at -18 deg C - hot holding for veggies/rice at above 60 deg C Temperature log available and up to date *Food stored off the floor (on shelves) *Food protected from contamination *No signs of pests noted. Pest control in place. *Overall sanitation was good. No debris build up, etc.
