Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
Coolers were operating at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were operating at or below -18 degrees C.
Meat processing room's ambient temperature was at ~8 degrees C.
Temperature monitoring in place - log reviewed on site.
Cleaning log reviewed on site.
QUATS sanitizer in bottles measured at 200 ppm. QUATS dispenser dispenses 200 ppm QUATS.
Signs of recent pest activity was not observed at this time.
Excellent employee hygiene observed.
General food storage is adequate - adequately covered and protected.
In use utensils are kept in sanitary manner.
On site staffs had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
