Comments

No written renovation plan submitted nor was one on site for review at time of inspection as required from previous inspection. Floor in mop room covered over with vinyl adhesive tiles, but water has already seeped under some of the tiles. This repair item is unsatisfactory and will need to be redone. Hot water tank and drip pan below remains untouched and rotten. Drip pan outlet drains onto floor - Plumbing Code violation? This must be repaired and repaired in a manner that complies with local plumbing code. Proper plumbing permits from local authority must be obtained prior to commencing corrective action.

Fruit fly infestation continues and is significant in the mop room, but is also present in the back of kitchen. No corrective action has been initiated in these areas as required from previous inspection.

Please find attached a Correction Order to have the violations from the inspection report dated September 21, 2018 and observations from this report corrected by the dates identified on the Order.
