Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CBNVPZ: Hand sink clear of obstructions and available for use. 100ppm bleach sanitizer after correction available for use. Reminder to prepare this solution daily. Store all wiping cloths in this solution when not in use. Cardboard used to line shelf at preparation cooler lower section removed. Still to be removed from the 2 door cooler. All but one food grade container now used store food products. Decrease in fruit fly activity at the 2 compartment sink area. Damaged and soiled cabinet replaced. Continue to monitor the fruit fly activity. Clean this area on a regular basis and eliminate any pooling/standing water. Contact a pest control company if required.
