Discussed persistent sanitation and drain fly issues in dish sink and storage room. Significant organization improvements noted in this room. Pest Control in every two weeks. Continue to bait as discussed. Re-locate sticky traps to neutral location in this and other rooms (no food exposure). Drain flies significantly reduced. Continue to target area under triple sinks i.e. seal off unused grease trap as discussed; investigate refrigerator drip trays for accumulating stagnant water and potential breeding habitat. review in 6 months. Syrups station much cleaner and accessible for cleanup.
