Observation: Egg salad and tuna sandwiches have been added to the menu. Eggs must be boiled on-site.
Corrective Action(s): Foods cannot be prepared at home and brought to the cafe. All foods sold in the cafe must be prepared at the cafe or purchased from an approved source.

Observation: The single compartment sink at the far end of the bar in the service area is leaking and therefore has been turned off.
Corrective Action(s): Get the leak fixed and turn the tap back on.

Observation: The flooring behind the display cooler is not refinished. There's just a board that has been laid on top of the floor. The floor is wet and dirty and not easy to clean.
Corrective Action(s): Refinish the flooring in this area so to make it smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean.
