Observation: Food temperatures in the "Appy" (Bottom line cooler) measured 14+ C. Food temperatures in the top right-side drawer of the "Entre" (Top line cooler) measured 10+ C. Refrigerated food must be maintained below 4 C.
Correction: Adjust the thermostat down and/or call a service technician for repair as necessary to achieve refrigeration temperatures below 4 C in these coolers. Thermostat was adjusted down.
