Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Internal temperature of seafood dimsum items registered 45-48 degrees C at the time of inspection. All items held
in the danger zone were discarded.
Corrective Action(s): Do not double stack the trays in the dimsum warmer. Ensure to check the internal temperature of all dimsum items to ensure
these are maintained at 60 C or hotter at all times.
