Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CLURUF.
The following violations have been corrected in report#JCHY-CLURUF have been corrected:
-Can opener observed to be put at 3-compartment sink to be washed.
-3rd compartment sink measured at 200ppm chlorine.
-Food observed in the walk-in cooler to be covered. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.
-Liquid soap dispenser at the kitchen handwashing sink installed.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm.
