Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large pot lid was inside hand sink (by dish washer) at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Remove lid and ensure that this sink is unobstructed at all times.

Observation: Gap in screen door bottom right corner in back area (exterior door). Showed this to staff waitress.
Corrective Action(s): Seal all holes/gaps >1/4 inch so that pests cannot enter into premises. Otherwise, you will need to keep your back door closed at all times.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Sliding door glass cooler in dishwasher room needs cleaning (door handles were dirty, as well as the floor around it). Also clean the floors/against the back wall area between the green couch and the wooden prep table in the dishwashing room.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain a regular cleaning schedule and ensure to clean along the back wall areas that are harder to reach.

Observation: Large metal meat grinding/slicing machine beside chest freezer in back room not being used for operation.
Corrective Action(s): Remove item from premises and any other items that you do not use. This will help to provide more space, and less areas for mice/pests to hide in.

Bleach water sanitizing solution at 100 ppm (move this away from the eggs that are being used to cook)
Chemical dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on first attempt
Several snap traps (for mice) observed throughout premises. Pest control report dated Feb 22 indicates that several traps were placed throughout, and a follow up was done in April. There were no sightings of mouse droppings during this routine inspection. Ensure to continue to de-clutter, clean, and store all items off the floor. Staff has indicated that the next visit will be 6 months from the previous visit (Aug/september).
