Routine inspection conducted:

- Coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Freezers at -14 to -21 degrees C
- Meat processing area at 5 degrees C (less than 10 degrees C)
- Temperature records are maintained
- It was stated that equipment in the meat processing area is taken apart and properly cleaned and sanitized after each use or between different types of meat
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 3-compartment sink and in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm
- Three sink plugs available for manual ware washing
- Staff wear clean clothing and hair restraints
- No evidence of pest activity observed. Pest control in place.
