* Install weather stripping on the exterior doors to seal the gaps ( By Dec. 15, 2018). * Please send a copy of the updated SOPs for Winery to include cleaning and sanitizing procedures for wine bottling machine. Wine tanks are cleaned with SCP caustic cleanerafter each batch as per the sanitation plan Wine tanks are rinsed using citric acid rinse and followed by potable water rinse Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. General sanitation is satisfactory.
