Observation: * Some build up of debris/grime found under bar areas/shelving and in main/second kitchen ceiling areas; operator mentioned that the hired cleaners attend these areas and will be addressing them immediately; operator to follow up with the hired cleaners to address these issues
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure ALL areas properly cleaned and maintained in sanitary condition; vent filters to be properly cleaned regularly(eg. weekly) and clean around vents to remove debris/grease

* New main dishwasher was installed (low temperature) and had final rinse of minimum 50 ppm chlorine residual
* New glass washer had final rinse of 50 ppm chlorine residual too
* Improvements in cleaning/organization noted overall; continue with daily cleaning/organization to maintain ALL areas in sanitary condition
* Follow up for cleaning to be done; call for reinspection
