Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot holding was not turned on and macaroni was at 28C.
Corrective Action(s): Hot potentially hazardous foods must be stored above 60C to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. Macaroni was discarded at the time of inspection.

-Dairy cooler was at 4C.
-Middle island under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Sandwich cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy dispenser was at 4C.
-Front display freezers were both less than -18C.
-Back freezers were at -13C and -18C.
-Hot dogs are time tracked and discarded every 4 hours. Records are maintained.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2 compartment sink.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 3, 2022.
