Note: nothing has been done as requested from last inspection. To summarize: - change over how gravies are hot held due to burning/ temperature abuse (too low) by using a water bath on flat top (other methods OK if products always maintains 60C or above) - labelling of all chemical spray bottles - checking and documenting your dishwasher rinse cycle temperature and glass washer sanitizer concentration - installing a barrier between hoses and drinking ice at bar Follow up inspection scheduled for Tues. All of the above must be addressed.
