A routine inspection was completed: - Coolers 4C or colder, hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily. - A new electronic temperature monitoring system is being put in place. Each cooler, freezer and dry storage area contains a thermometer that automatically sends real-time temperatures to a computer monitoring system. An alarm sounds and/or manager & supervisors are notified via phone call (during closed hours) when temperatures are not within the set range. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer present for cloths, strength was 200ppm. Test strips present. - All food stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves. - No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed. - General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests. - FoodSafe certified staff present, or possesses a recognized equivalent certificate. - Valid health permit decal present for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. - All in order.
