Handwashing facilities maintained - warm water supply, stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers. Premise sanitation is satisfactory. Professional pest control service in place. No signs of pest activity observed. Wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer (100 ppm chlorine) 1 door undercounter cooler 3 C, 1 door undercounter freezer -13 C, Prep cooler 3 C 2 hour timer system in place for room temperature storage of cooked tapioca pearls.
