New 3-door undercounter cooler at bar (replacing a single door beverage cooler): 4oC
Single door undercounter cooler at bar: 4oC
New 2-door undercounter cooler in kitchen: 3.5oC
2-door sliding cooler: 1.9oC
Thermometers available in each cooler
2-door undercounter freezer: -9oC
Hot and cold running water available
Liquid handsoap and paper towel present at handwashing stations
General sanitation is satisfactory
No signs of pests at time of visit
Dishwasher final rinse reaches at least 71oC on plate, as per thermolabel

General Covid-19 comments:
Hand sanitizer is present at entrance, and at each table
Higher touch surfaces are cleaned frequently
Occupancy limit, and mandatory mask sign posted on door
Every other table is used - ensure tables not in use are taped or removed; backing of chairs requires to be 2m apart
*Update Covid-19 Safety Plan to include what facility has been doing to prevent transmission of virus (ie. customers required to pay at tables; etc)
*Visitor check sign should also be posted at door. A copy will be emailed to operator.

Note:
1. Facility has submitted application to change health permit to greater than 50 seats. New layout approved and changes proceeded - hookah preparation will be at the bar now, while kitchen area is for food preparation only. Extra equipment added (extra cooler and microwave). Food safety plan has been updated and approved. Complex foods (ie. lamb shanks, kebabs) will be supplied from The Caterer on 116-3191 Thunderbird Crescent, Burnaby.

4. Cheque #00152 of $250 received for operating health permit fee for next fiscal (April 2021-March 2022)
