RE: Outstanding Permit fee letter was hand delivered The letter was accepted by the city maintenance staff. The facility is closed at the time of inspection. Spoke to Scott, from the city of maintenance department, and he explained that the site address should be 5725 Tyson Rd. Called the operator at 604.819.5918/ left a voice mail
