Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping cloths soaking in bleach sanitizer solution (both buckets/containers) had 0ppm chlorine detected at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Staff made fresh sanitizer solution during inspection; 100ppm detected in both buckets. Ensure to change solution for soaking wiping cloths every 2 hours.

- Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle available at 100ppm
- Upright freezer at -23C, chest freezer at -18C
- Walk-in cooler at 3C; prep cooler ambient temperature and inserts at 3-4C
- Hot holding of pizza measured to be ~50C; log for discarding pizza every 2 hours was well maintained
- Food storage organized and covered
- No signs of pests noted at time of inspection
- Temperature log maintained for walk-in cooler only; **Please record daily temperatures of prep cooler and freezers as well.
