Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach solution made up in a spray bottles or bucket for sanitizer, one spray bottle had lysol in it which was for the tables
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the kitchen surfaces are being sanitized with a bleach and water solution at 100ppm in either a spray bottle (purchase ones that work) or in a bucket/container

Observation: The following items require cleaning: by Jan 18
1) Under and around all equipment on the cookline including grill, deep fryer and prep coolers
2) Under and around storage shelves by the dishwashing area
3) Hood vent is scheduled to be cleaned in April however it is very dirty and greasy and should be done by Jan 31/17
4) All doors and handles for coolers, freezers, rice cookers, cupboards, ice machine and dishwasher
5) Under the sushi prep station is very dirty
6) Under and around deep fryers, are very dirty and greasy

2)Temperature logs are not being maintained, this has been mentioned before.

2) Monitor fridge, freezer, hot holding and cooking temperatures with the temperature log sheets I have provided by Jan 18/17
