Comments

High temperature dishwasher repaired on Thursday, but the temperature could not be maintained during operation. Supervisor had contacted the health inspector to notify. Technician was again on site since 12:00pm today and still on site at this time. Rinse water temperature still below minimum required temperature at this time. Technician has replaced some parts but still to be back on Monday. All dishwashing has been done using the upstairs dishwasher and this will be continued for the weekend as well. OK. Follow-up inspection will be conducted on Monday. Please contact the health inspector if to reschedule.
