Follow up to Rpt #MBEK-AZ4TH7. Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized; however, what appeared to be mildew was still observed in the machine parts directly above where ice is formed. This was discussed with the owner on site at the time of inspection. Ensure that all ice machine is properly cleaned and sanitized by May 29, 2018. Bleach water sanitizer solution is available at 100 ppm chlorine; however, wiping cloth used for milk steamer is not being stored in the sanitizing solution when not in use. Wiping cloth was placed into the bleach water sanitizer at the time of inspection. Follow up inspection to be conducted on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
