A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler 3C; freezer -15C. - Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces, and Lysol wipes also present. - Residential dishwasher with sani-cycle present for washing dishes. Ensure "sani-cycle" is selected when washing dishes. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - Purchase a thermometer for the fridge and freezer compartment, so staff are able to monitor and ensure the temperatures are set correctly. - All in order.
