Comments

Child care Kitchen:
-Foods are made in the main kitchen and served in the child care area. Oven is used to keep foods warm.
-Refrigerator/freezer was at 4C/-14C.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels..

Church Kitchen:
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Foods were cooked to greater than 74C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.

-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until November 03, 2026.
