Comments

Inspection conducted to follow up on outstanding items from the previous routine inspection:
- Upon entering customers were noted to be using reusable cups/bowls/spoons/plates. Staff/Operator on site informed that the dishwasher is now not working and needs a replacement part. Inquired about how staff were washing/sanitizing food equipment/utensils. Manual warewashing was taking place at time of inspection. No sanitizer was detected in either compartment of the two compartment sink. Premises does not have a separate food prep sink for the operation. Single use disposable containers/utensils were not being used by the customers. Closure order issued.
- Ice machine appeared clean, no wiping towels noted on counters, whisk for batter stored in ice water, tin foil/tape has been removed from shelving unit, hand wash stations were fully accessible.
