Met with Sara , Restaurant Manager, and confirm the mailing address since the mail ( decal ) has been returned to billing office. Routine: - daily temps logs are up to date - low temp dishwasher supplied with 100ppm chlorine please record the chlorine residual on your daily logs as part of your daily monitoring - test strips available - quat used as approved sanitizer - at least one person per shift has a food safe training - pest control in place
