Follow-up to inspection conducted on Apr 17, 2023 - Gap underneath door leading to receiving area has been sealed - There is still a hole in the back dry storage room where the wall meets the floor. Contact health inspector once this area has been repaired. - Cleaning has been done. Continue to monitor for rodent activity and clean up droppings if observed. Sanitize affected areas afterwards. - Ensure all food items are stored on the shelves - Ensure clutter underneath shelves is cleaned up
