Chicken in hot case today >60C Thermometer replaced in hot case by cashier but broke again. Please replace. Cleaning completed around floors of walk-in cooler, cooler across from hot case and two compartment sinks area. No food stored on the floor. Cheese being sampled today are stored in cooler at 1C. Staff understands that meat slicer needs to be cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours. Door seals replaced and cooler is now cleaned and working at 2C storing samosas. Wax paper not being reused for paninis. Soups today: 78 to 89C Note: Old health permit collected. New one shall be mailed to you.
