Observation: Several mice dropping noted on the floor (around a box trap) behind the dry/bulk storage shelves.

Observation: Noted two spry bottles on a produce low shelve (customer service area).
One bottle is empty and unlabeled. Second one is labeled as a sanitizer.

The sink available for manual dishwashing of utensils (i.e. knives, cutting boards, scoops) and bulk bin.
Bulk food items are dispensed through a gravity dispenser or using scoops. Ensure that the scoop handles do not touch the food items.
Random food items (i.e. dairy products, eggs) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration.
Dry storage area - satisfactory.
Note: Regular pest inspection conducted on a monthly basis.

Note: Labeled as "meat storage only" shelf - no meat/different items are stored on the shelf.
Second labeled shelf for meat department is in use (meat only).
Please talk to the meat department staff and ask them to keep organized walk-in freezer meat shelves (chicken bons on the floor in the walk-in freezer).
