Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for warewashing. 2nd compartment sink measured at 100ppm.
Stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit not in use at the time of inspection.
Ice machine observed not in use at the time of inspection.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Correction Order issued.

Consulted with Operator regarding what is required in the Food Safety Plan. Operator understands and will revised and re-submit to meet the Food Premise Regulation s. 23 by March 1, 2023.
