Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There were no paper towels at the handwash station in the back storage room. Operator placed paper towels by the handwash station.

Routine inspection:
- Handwash station has hot and cold running water and liquid soap
- Display cooler is 4C or below
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Temperature of high temperature dishwasher reached 80.3C at the plate level
- All food items are stored at least 6 inches above the ground
- Back storage room is clean and organized
- General sanitation of the site is satisfactory, however to prevent the attraction of pests, more attention is needed to remove food debris on the floor underneath the shelves

- Germosolve 5 RTU QUATS sanitizer (DIN: 02428903) may be used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Ensure to thoroughly rinse all treated surfaces with clean water as per manufacturer's instructions.
