Restaurant is keeping documentation for daily Health Checks of employees

All non-critical violations have been corrected
-All meats and vegetables in and under the prep cooler at the cook line is covered from contamination. All coolers, freezers, and walk-in cooler has raw meat stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-Exhaust hood has been serviced and clear from any built-up of debris and grease.
-Floors underneath the gas range at the cook line has been cleaned and disinfected from built-up of debris and grease.
-The stand-up cooler and the prep cooler at the cook line is holding temperature at 4C.
-The rice cooker is holding rice at 60C.

NOTE: Clean and disinfect the exhaust hood vent and underneath the gas range daily to prevent build-up of grease and debris.

Report is emailed to operator due to COVID-19 pandemic.
