Routine inspection conducted.
- General sanitation is good at the time of inspection.
- All handsinks supplied with liquid hand soap,single use paper towels, hot/cold running water.
- Walk in cooler #1 (closest to entrance) at 1.8 deg C.
- Walk in cooler #2 at 2.7 deg C.
- Walk in freezer at -18 deg C.
- Upright Cooler: 2.2 deg C.
- Upright Freezer: -21 deg C.
- Quat spray sanitizer at 200 ppm.
- Dry storage area - well organized.All foods stored off the floor.
- All foods in coolers/freezers covered.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 79.1 deg C on rinse cycle at dish level (71 deg C minimum required)
- 2-comp. sink meet requirements.
- Equipment and utensils are stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
- All chemical and cleaning agents stored safely at the time of inspection (a dedicated cabinet).
- No signs of any pests. Pest service - available on site.
Note: All staff are wearing aprons and hair restraints - good.

Recommendation:
- Ensure that a walk-in freezer light fixture is covered.
