Comments

Display cooler (left) has been repaired - operator stated that the fan was replaced and ice build up has been removed.
No repair work has been done for the display cooler (right) - high temperature from the previous inspection appears to be due to broken AC.
All display coolers for self-serve are now measured at 4C or below.
AC has been repaired. Ensure both AC and coolers are operational at all times to prevent temperature from rising in the display coolers.
*Check the temperature twice a day. Remake the temperature log template. Ensure corrective actions are followed if the temperature control is not being maintained.

Operator stated that the counters inside the kitchen are to be changed to undercounter coolers with worktop. This is okay - ensure that work space and walkways are not affected by this change.

Closure order rescinded. Premises may re open.
