QUATs dispenser, spray bottles, and sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 200ppm chlorine. Glasswasher measured at 100ppm chlorine.
Prep coolers, stand-up cooler, undercounter cooler at the expo line, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Ice cream freezer, walk-in freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be covered in the walk-in cooler and dry storage area. Observed food to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Exhaust hood vent in sanitary condition.
