This was cited back in the June 3, 2022 routine inspection as well -Correction Order issued
Corrective Action(s): Do not line your food contact surfaces with disposables like cellophane. You are to clean and sanitize theses surfaces as needed throughout the day

Reviewed Manual Washing Method with operator: wash-rinse-sanitize with bleach -tested sanitizer solution at >100ppm -good
Bleach sanitizer bucket >100ppm chlorine -wiping towels left in solution when not in use

General sanitation good -no signs of pests
NOTE: operator should be monitoring for pests with mechanical traps such as sticky, live, or snap traps (do not use poisons)

Handwash sinks adequately stocked and clear for use
