Routine Inspection - The premise only offers beer tasting, cheese and crackers temporarily. - The premise is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday - Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - stand up prep cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius - prep cooler in middle of the kitchen at 6 degree Celsius. monitor and ensure cooler maintains food temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius if used for food storage. - dishwasher final rinse above 72 degree Celsius - ensure 100 ppm Cl solution is available when open for business for disinfecting food contact surfaces Operator agreed to contact Fraser Health for an inspection prior to starting preparing and offering food.
