Follow-up inspection:
- Soda pop gun had been remove from the premise. Public Health Order was rescinded.
- Under the counter cooler near the hot holding units at 10C. This is an outstanding violation. Operator stated the technician had been contact. DO NOT store any potentially hazardous food in this cooler until it is able to maintain an ambient air temperature of 4C or less. This violation must be corrected before May 14, 2019.
- The operator must maintain temperature records for all coolers and freezers on a daily schedule.
- Review your food safety procedures on cooling and cold holding.
