-Refill soap dispenser in employee washroom.
-Ensure hand sinks have hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times.

-employee washroom has pumped soap
-area outside employee washroom and box of cleaning equipment has been cleaned
-Gaping hole in ceiling above dishpit has been covered up
-broken tiles in front of Walk-in cooler has been sealed up

-COVID-19 measures in place as per last report
-NOTE: at the cashier there is no plexiglass barrier at point of sale -either erect a barrier or place chairs/tables in front so customers do not stand so close -must be >2m distant
-NOTE: workers who are eating are to have their mask with them -after eating re-wear the mask
