- Handsinks are supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels * The handsink near the walk-in cooler was obstructed with racks. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL HAND SINKS ARE UNOBSTRUCTED AND ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES. - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer is available at warewashing sinks and in labelled spray bottles * Some traps were not set up properly. PLEASE ENSURE THAT RODENT TRAPS ARE SET UP PROPERLY. - Temperatures of all refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C) *Racks need cleaning. Scrub them to remove the build-up of rust.
