Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-C5BVL5:

- Rice scoop stored in cold water. Ensure to change out the water regularly (ie. every one hr).
- All meats stored hung inside the walk in cooler. Place metal bins or other containers to collect grease and other food debris.
- General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been cleaned:
- floors throughout the back of the kitchen.
- on racks inside the walk in cooler.
- inside the display cooler at the front of the kitchen.
- behind the counter top in the back of the kitchen.
- around the stove top.
- underneath the sinks.
- Card boards have been discarded.
- No further issues noted.
