Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Batter for tempura stored by grill, 18 degrees Celsius. Batter is potentially hazardous and must be kept cold. A few items on the counter were hurriedly put away into the fridge upon my arrival. Cooked tempura shrimp and yams and cooked beef noted. Cooling must be done properly. Do not keep cooked yams or prawns or any other potentially hazardous foods on the counter.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer for cleaning cloths was prepared but was at the back of the kitchen under the two compartment sink, not easily accessible for cleaning. Cleaning cloth observed on prep cooler cutting board, no trace of bleach. Keep cleaning cloths in sanitizer, and keep sanitizer close to your work stations.
