Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -AGAIN observed foods stored in garbage bags -the shredded lettuce
NOTE: this was cited in the last routine inspection as well back in Dec '23 for the dough

-Open cans of ketchup stored in fridge

-5 panels from the drop ceiling above the main food preparation tables in front of the cooking line are missing -exposing the electrical wiring and water pipes above it
Corrective Action(s): Do not store foods directly in garbage bags they are not food-grade
-operator discarded the shredded lettuce
Continued citations will increase enforcement (i.e. ticket(s)

-Once food cans are open remove all the contents, any leftovers transfer to a washable container

-replace the missing panels from the drop ceiling to protect the exposed foods below

-exteriors of dry storage bins/freezer tops/fridge doors and handles
-undercounter shelves for dry storage at food preparation tables in front of cooking area
-dishwasher inner door cavity is mouldy
-3-compartment sink seal with wall is all mouldy
